Wizard of Oz tease for Victoria!

I'm having fun participating in the Wizard of Oz swap! I wanted to tease my swap partner, Victoria a bit with these "hints." What can it be?!!! I think Dorothy is wanting to tap her heels together....and I see some heels for her to do that with!
