PINK SATURDAY IS FOR YOU, MADISON!

Today was "the" sonogram for the Grandmas to see how our first grandbaby is growing and to see if for sure it's a girl, and both fronts were good news! It is a GIRL, thus my nod to PINK SATURDAY, and she's very healthy and normal in all categories! We're all so thrilled! Her name will be Madison Marie. She's now 7 inches long and 10 ounces! Below are pictures of both my girls, Katie and Megan (she's the pregnant one), Katie's my youngest (20) and Megan's my oldest (27) (two boys in the middle too!) and there's Daddy Oliver looking intently during the sonogram and a little blurry profile picture of Madison! Isn't it a blessing?! Oh, I know so! Grandma loves you, Madison! Happy Pink Saturday! Suzie

  1. Congratulations!! My mum was lucky enough to go and see a scan of her little grandson and loved being part of it. Obviously we're all about blue at the moment with the impending arrival of my nephew. Sister in law has heard she has to go in for c-section on the 24th Nov as he's getting quite big so he's arriving sooner than we thought!

  2. How exciting!! Your kids are similar age as my kids, 27 and 24. When they were born we did not find out ahead of time what I was carrying. But my gut told me the first was a boy and the second was a girl and I was right on both accounts. How cool is that?!?

This is such a wonderful post, and such an exciting time. Your daughters are beautiful. And, thank God that little Madison is, too.

  6. How wonderful....a sweet baby girl! And what a beautiful name...Madison (that is the name of my favorite gal...my 140 lb Newfie!), but if I had had another girl child...I would have named her Madison. Now I am holding out for grandchildren...my two precious kids are 24 and 27.
