Weight Loss Wednesday

Hi there! Boy, is this week flying by! I am very busy at work and so it's slowing me down with blogging (Smiles)
I believe we all benefit from positive affirmations in all areas of our lives. After all, our body reacts to our thoughts, so if we can increase the positive input and decrease the negative we live a healthier life in all areas, not just in our body size or weight!
So I would like to share some positive weight affirmations with you today to benefit not only you, but me too!

Every cell in my body vibrates with energy and health!

UPDATE! I just got back from Weight Watchers and I lost 1.8 this week!

  3. Great job...I love weight watchers..I had a great loss last week. I am supposed to slow down but then they reduced my point by 1 based on my new weight!!!

    Yesterday I was starving..today I have had a hard day and must admit I did not feel like eating much...I did not use all my points..which is a NO~NO.

    I am really trying to eat healthy and USE those points.

    Your blog uplifted my spirits from a trying day :)
