Happy Pink Saturday!

Hi, Friends! Welcome to 2010! I wanted to look back and reflect and thought to make a photo collage of the past year of blogging and found this instant photo collage program online and took the easy way and created this...

I see lots of pink in there. You too?
The program just picked pictures from all over my blog and instantly created this, FUN!
You might like to check it out Shape Collage
I'm going to also change up my blog look for a new outlook and close my Suzie Sews (and not just buttons) blog. It was a good idea but never got off the ground due to having a busy work and family life, you know how it goes, and just when I created it to share sewing projects, well, I just ran out of time to actually sew!
I did though really like the sewing statue and the way it looked, so I'm bringing it over to renew my 2010 blog of Suzie Button Creations.
I'm having a GIVEAWAY of some very cute beaded snowflakes that would be so pretty in your kitchen window....
You can choose THREE of your choice! Here's the first set...

And a second set...

The giveaway is open to Sunday, January 3, 2010 at midnight central time zone.
Just leave a comment and I'll draw a name and post the winner on Monday and also contact you, so be sure there's a way for me to get hold of you!
You tell me which three you'd like to have, and I'll send them right out!
Praying Hands Cross Pictures, Images and Photos
Also, please add Tina Wright and her husband and children to your prayers. She's not doing well I found out just tonight. She's been fighting colon cancer since September. Cancer is just such an evil disease.
Please visit Beverly at How Sweet the Sound to link up to all your Pink Saturday friends!

  4. I love them all...if I have to choose I would pick the blues and there is one with all most all clear. Truly they are all beautiful and would be happy with any of them.

  5. Hi Susie! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your beaded snowflakes, and I hope you will count me in for this giveaway. I am a fellow "Pinkie", but have not found time to post since a "big-bad move" I had to make at the end of this past October. I do have a new camera, but I'm still (since mid December) TRYING to learn how to use it! When I DO, I hope to be able to post new photos of my newest or most treasured pinks, and participate in Pink Saturdays again soon!.. Happy Pink Saturday to you, and Happy New Year! ~tina

  7. Happy Pink Saturday Suzie...
I love your collage, and I will be checking out that site for making one. What an ideal way to gather some of your Pink Posts and share. Thank you for the tip.

I am so sorry to hear about your friend Tina. I will add her and her family to my prayer list. Cancer is an evil disease. I lost my niece in October to the horrible disease, and I hate it with a passion.

Please sign me up for the giveaway. How devine your snowflakes are. I would love to have you pop over and sign up for my giveaway also.

    Country hugs, Sherry

I was sad to read about Tina...I will include her in my prayers. What a shame that she is feeling so bad from the treatment. Thanks for letting us know about her.

  15. Suzie...Happy New Year to you and yours...love the shape collage maker...I must add that to my huge list of things I want to try but never seem to find time for...every crafty woman has such a list.
I hope that we get to see each other at Paper Cowgirl, but Tina's illness has really settled in all our hearts...we need to cure Cancer this decade! I wish our nation would focus on that goal and put it at the top of our collective To Do List.
I'll look forward to your new 2010 blog style. I agree 100% with keeping the sewing girl; she is just too cute

  16. Hi Suzie - I love your shape collage. Tina has been in my prayers and now her family and friends who need comfort. Won't we miss her so very much? And she looked so young and beautiful in June - still can't believe this happened so quickly.
    In sorrow, Nancy
